The River Conference’s 2023
Annual Conference and Regional Leadership Summits
Annual Conference 2023
The annual conference is the organization at the regional level that joins societies into a network. The annual conference ensures that pastors and congregations are counseled and encouraged, identifies those who are being called into the ordained ministry and promotes and oversees church planting and evangelism.
This will be TRC’s 14th Annual Conference and will take place via zoom. The local church delegate, along with the appointed pastors are required to attend this business session of our conference.
June 24, 2023 Via Zoom
It will run from 9AM – Noon (Mountain Time). Please reserve this date for this very important meeting.
All ordination ceremonies and CMC installations will take place during the Leadership Summit in the ordinand’s region.

We are taking advantage of our time at each Regional Leadership Summit by offering an opportunity for the district’s local church Board Members (LBOA) to attend TRC’s Healthy Board Training. These meetings will take place the Friday evening prior to the Regional Summits from 5:30-8 pm. We will share a meal together and cover: FMC Book of Discipline and the responsibilities of the LBOA, Legal and Financial Responsibilities, Ethical Covenant, along with other topics that pertain to the running of the local church.
