Jesus modeled a life that is learned and lived out through a life of collaborative spiritual formation and shared leadership. It is made visible through collaborative and generative ministry.
At the core of each of these collaborations is a L3 Learning Community, built on Loving, Learning, and Leading.
As Free Methodists we value spirit filled leadership. Life giving leadership (LGL3) is the name for our strategy of multiplying leaders who will be generative. LGL3 uses an approach developed by Spiritual Leadership Incorporated (SLI) which has been fruitful over time in leaders, churches, and conferences around the globe.
LGL3 meet both in person and virtually. Each region has its unique LGL3 schedule. The schedule is created by your District Leader and will more fully outline and explain our Life Giving Leadership Strategy.
The time commitment of LGL3 team are:

- Commit to the disciplines of personal reading of the Bible, journalling and prayer.
- Commit to 8-hours of gathering with your partners on the journey.
- Commit to your regional team members through community Covenant.
