As emailed earlier and announced at Annual Conference / Leadership Summit, we have set up an online reporting process to determine your Tithe / Apportionment. The reporting done via the TRC website.
THE PROCESS:
On or before the 5th of each month please go to the website and submit your receipts and deductions (like you used to do via paper). Fill in the data and submit. We want this process to begin with July’s tithe / apportionment.
On or before the 25th of each month, please submit your tithe / apportionment by sending a check for the amount on the reporting form.

IN THE FALL OF 2022
Beginning in the Fall 2022 we want to begin ACH withdrawals from your church’s banking account based on the online form. This is how Deferred Benefits withdraws payments.
In preparation for the Fall, please complete the ACH Authorization From and return by mail to the TRC Spring address with you tithe / apportionment check.
We will notify you when we officially begin the ACH withdrawal process in the Fall.
ACCOUNTING TRANSITION:
With Sally Trager’s retirement, we have contracted The Management Group to be our accounting firm.
