As you are aware, Sally Trager resigned as Finance Manager / Accountant for The River Conference.  Since her retirement, we transitioned to a new accounting service – The Management Group.  The transition has been seamless with very few issues.

The office move from Lakewood to Spring has been more of a challenge.  The United States Postal Service was returning mail sent to the old and new addresses – “RETURN TO SENDER, ADDRESS UNKNOWN.”  We did everything to ensure mail was not interrupted (filed forms / talked to Post Office).  We have again filled forms and talked to the Post Offices.  It is our hope the “RETURN TO SENDER, ADDRESS UNKNOWN” will no longer happen.

The United States Postal Service challenges is another reason why ACH submission of Church Tithes and Offerings is important as we move forward.
